Hungarian Lángos is one of Hungary’s most beloved street foods: a golden, deep-fried yeast dough with a crisp exterior and a wonderfully soft, airy center. Traditionally served warm with garlic, sour cream, and grated cheese, lángos is simple, comforting, and incredibly satisfying.
It is perfect as a snack, casual lunch, or part of a Hungarian-inspired meal.
